BOTTLE BLOWING SYSTEM :
●AT FIRST, PREFORM COME FROM PREFORM HOPPER TO CONVEYER THEN GO TO THE STAR WHEEL AND PUSHED THE MANDREL INSIDE THE PREFORM.
● AFTER THAT PERFORM MOVING THE OVEN SIDE. ACTUAL HEATING PREFORM TAKE THE INFEED GRIPPER GIVE THE MOLD.
●WHEN MOLD CLOSED THEN STRETCHING ROD PUSH THE PREFORM AND PREBLOW START (5-15).
● WHEN PREBLOW COMPLETED THEN FINAL BLOWING START (25-30)BAR.
●WHEN THE BLOWING BOTTLE COMPLETED THEN MOULD OPEN THE CAM AND BOTTLE TAKE THE DISCHARGE GRIPPER.
● DISCHARGE GRIPPER GIVE THE BOTTLE AIR CONVEYER. THEN BOTTLE GO TO THE FILLER MACHINE.

SYSTEM :
THERE ARE TWO CHILLER LINE COME IN THE BLOW MOULD MACHINE. CHILLED WATER TEMPERATURE (8-12)ºC. THERE ARE ONE CHILLER LINE USED FOR MOULD COOLING AND OTHERS LINE USED FOR PREFORM NECK COOLING. PREFORM NECK COOLING BY COOLING AIR.AIR COOLING BY CHILLED WATER.
This filler filling system is filled with height. when empty bottle give the roller(cylinder pressure 4.0 bar)and
empty bottle flashing by co2(co2 pressure 4.5-5.0)and remove air from the bottle. Then the bottle touch the mouth seal and syrup-filled in the bottle by outside of the vent tube and splendors.
Then the beverage is entered into the filler through the control section. Here brix is checked by Q.C. Then bottles from blow mold are filled at filler and capper chuck sealed the bottles with closures. Bolometric filling system.

CAPPER UNIT :
INTERMIX OF CSD :
INTER MIXER IS THE ONE CRITICAL CONTROL POINT(CCP) OF THIS PLANT. THOSE MIXING 3 TYPES OF INGREDIENT SUCH AS (FINAL SYRUP, WATER, CO2) AND PROVIDE.
At first, the final syrup from the mixing tank is transferred to the syrup tank of the inter
mixer section. The syrup & water are mixed according to ratio and sent to the heat
exchanger and then Co2 is mixed at the line. Finally, the beverage is produced by
interring into the intermixing tank. Here the beverage box is checked by Q.C.

Brix setting range : 17.70 ~ 18.20
Co2 setting range : 3.00 ~ 3.60 volume
Temperature setting: 10 ~ 22˚ c
Final syrup buffer tank capacity: 19 letters (reserve 9.5 letters)

Carbonation tank capacity: 1530 letter
